Ensure skin is cleansed and dry. Peel back the white sheet to reveal the mud side, place onto skin and pat down. Make sure its tucked into all corners such as the nose area. Leave on for at least 10 minutes but not too long to avoid over exfoliation. Peel off and dispose after use. Rinse face with warm water and pat dry, make sure to thoroughly hydrate your skin after treatment.
